I am so excited to be teaching at the Love Shine Play Yoga Festival in Asheville!

This will be a long weekend of wellness, filled with yoga, ayurveda, dance, sound, meditation, bhakti, live music, workshops, and outdoor adventures that blends movement and soulful celebration.

If you’re a seasoned yoga practitioner, this is for you.
If you’re new to the mat, this is for you too!

The schedule is carefully curated to help make it easy to find practices that nourish body, mind, and heart. And the list of instructors is legit amazing!
It also doesn’t hurt to know that the festival is set amongst a beautiful mountain backdrop.

I’ll be leading 3 sessions throughout the weekend.
And i’ll also be a student taking a bunch of classes too!
