Knockout Hot Yoga

Get ready to bend, jab and namaste in a special hybrid class that brings together Hot Yoga and Boxing. Led by Hot Yoga Instructor, Kirra Michel, and Retired Professional Boxer + Trainer, Gary Stark, the heated experience will start and end with 20 minutes of Vinyasa Yoga, incorporate 35 minutes of dynamic shadow boxing and end in a cool down.

Heated to 90-95 degrees.

Register in the app 48-hours prior to class.


SUNDAY, APRIL 28 • 1:30PM - 3:30PM

Learn to fly! Explore the world from upside down in this two-hour workshop with Kirra. You will learn exercises, tools & modifications to bring you into proper alignment and build confidence for your inversions practice. Open to all levels, come prepared to develop and hone the key foundational elements for headstand, forearm stand and handstand. This workshop will be unheated.

SUNDAY, JANUARY 27 • 2:00PM - 4:00PM

Yoga instructor, Kirra Michel, will take yogis of all levels through a 2-hour inversion workshop focusing on variations of the headstand, forearm stand, handstand and shoulder stand. All levels welcome, ability to do a 30 second plank hold is recommended. Space is limited to 30 members.

Sweat Yoga, September 22nd . 1:00 - 2:45pm

If you know me, you probably know I spent a lot of time on my hands and upside down. Handstands are my happy place (also challenging and sometimes frusteratimg place, but mostly my happy place). The more time I spend there, more people ask me quetsions about how to get there... So, lets get it...OR, lets flip it!

I'm going to break down this challenging asana, giving you direction and steps that'll help you get closer to being or becoming confident being upside down!
