WELL+GOOD Workout

Lovers,

I know how hard it can be to fit time into your crazy work/life schedule for a workout. I mean, it's NYC for God's sake!! So, what can you do if you do it you have a little time in between conference calls, but not enough to run to the gym or take a class? or maybe you just need to wake yourself up from the 3 pm crash, knowing you'll be more productive if you can wake yourself up a little? That's where my workout fits in. It's a perfect way to sneak in a toning and strengthening workout in the office without looking like you've worked out and without taking the time to go to the gym. Rather working out right where you are. Easy as pie! (although remember, all in moderation, we can't be eating pie every day!)
